The  faculty  members  in  the   Department include      Dr. Balakrishnan. S, Associate Professor who has done his MD (Pharmacology) and DM (Clinical Pharmacology) from PGIMER, Chandigarh. His main areas of interest include Neuro pharmacology, Pharmacoepidemiology and clinical trials. He has a number of International and National Publications to his credit.

Dr. Isabella Topno is working as an Assistant Professor. She has done her MD Pharmacology, from JIPMER. Pondicherry. Her areas of interest include pain and Pharmacoepidemiology. Publication International-2
 

 Pharmacology department is equipped with all the necessary equipments as per MCI norms for teaching MBBS students. The Department is involved in teaching MBBS and B.Sc., nursing Students. Faculty members are actively involved in conducting research in pharmacoepidemiology. The department is also trying for collaboration with Pharmaceutical companies for Clinical trials. The faculty members are also involved in medical education, teaching statistics and research methodology to postgraduate students. We are planning to acquire a HPLC and start MD in Pharmacology in the near future.
