1. General Information
Timings : Out Patient Department(OPD) runs between 08:30AM to 05:00PM Monday to Friday and between 08:30AM Saturday. However, Emergency and Trauma Care Service runs 24 hours throughout the week.

Registeration Fee : A nominal fee of Rs 5 is charged. The OP registration counter is at the OPD reception on the ground floor. Demographic and preliminary details are collected at this counter and the patient is guided to their respective OP clinic with regard to their physical complaint.
Special Consultation is available at a charge of Rs 100 for quicker consultation.

Location :The OPD block at the back of Emergency and Trauma Care block. It has 5 floors including the Radiology, Pathology and Nuclear Medicine. Orthopaedics, Obsteterics & Gynaecology and Paediatrics OPDs are located on the ground floor and all other OPDS are located on the first floor.

2. Visitors Guide
Visitors Timings : 6:30AM - 7:30AM, 12:30PM - 1:30PM and 4:30PM - 7:30PM. One attender is allowed to accompany each patient. Any visitor other than the attender needs to get a Visitors Pass to allow them in inpateint wards other than during visiting hours. Visitors are requested kindly not to bring children below 12 years of age. All are requested to abide by the instructions given by ward-incharge or the person concerned as the case maybe.
Any visit to the patient admitted in Critical / Intensive Care Unit is dicouraged as a policy.

4. Lab Services
We have fully equipped laboratories for Microbiology, BioChemistry , Pathology and Haematology. Special investigations like Immunosis, HIV, etc., are done in our lab. Lab and investigation services work round the clock to provide routine and emergency services. Imaging Infrastructure includesc X-Rays, CT Scan, Ultra Sound etc,. ECG and Treadmill investigations are done here.

5. Blood Bank
We are authorised to collect, preserve, seperate, store and supply blood and blood components.

6. Diet Services
We have a fully functional Dietetics and Nutrition Deaprtment which advices the patient regarding the diet regiment to be followed by them. Inpatients are provided food by the Hospital Kitchen as per the instructions of the admitting doctors and the dietician. They help the patients choose the right kind of diet. Dietetics department also checks the quality of food in the hospital canteen.

7. Pharmacy
The P.I.M.S provides 24 hours pharmacy service
Pharmacy stocks and dispenses over a thousand various drugs of reputed Indian and International Brands. An Inpatient and Outpatient pharmacy supplies the needs of the patients. Surgical items are supplied to the operation Theaters and wards from the Surgical stores.
